A master MCU and 8 jumpers control the hardware settings of the starter kit. During normal operation these jumpers should be mounted in the default position. To configure the starter kit for advanced use the jumpers can be removed or set to new positions. The jumper settings and usage are explained in the following section. The default setting of the jumpers are shown in the figure below.
