 This is an Agreement about software licensing between you (end user) and
 PhysTechSoft Ltd. (software developer).  If you do not agree with all of
 its terms, please do not install this software on your computer.

 1. All of this software is copyrighted by PhysTechSoft.
    All rights reserved.

 2. This product may be freely distributed, but no person or company may
    charge a fee for the distribution of this product or distribute it for
    any commercial purposes without written permission from the copyright
    holder (PhysTechSoft Ltd.). 

 3. This product is distributed "AS IS".  NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS
    EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  YOU MUST USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

 4. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
    decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
    licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as
    provided for in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall result
    in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result
    in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
